Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it within 7 working days in good condition a full refund will be given. We'll also pay the return costs by Royal Mail second class post, if the return is a result of our error or you have received incorrect goods.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 working days of returning your items, however this can be sooner.

If you wish to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Payment

Payment can be made through Pay Pal. You do not have to have a pay pal account to be able to order Pay Pal will be able to handle all your details ,security and payment.

Shipping

All goods will be  delivered by first class mail within the United Kingdom address and by Air Mail to address outside of United Kingdom (Please get in touch for cost of postage)

Special delivery charges are available and will be shown on checking out page, also note that the postage rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of British Mail, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest gram.
